Sales conditions
These general sales conditions ( “Terms”) governing the terms and conditions of sale of products marketed by Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca.
All contracts for the sale of products on the part of Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca to third parties (the “Customer”) are governed by these Terms and Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of each proposal, order confirmation and purchase orders of products.
The conditions of sale apply to your order are those in force on the same date.
Products: prices and features
Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of products published by Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca shall be construed include VAT.
The prices of products from time to time published by Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca cancel and replace earlier, and are subject to availability of Products. Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca reserves the right to confirm or change the prices of products posted on its web site or in brochures and advertising material information at the time of confirmation of the customer.
2) Orders – Billing

3) Delivery of Products
All costs of delivery of products are a load of the customer.
Deliveries are normally carried out by courier (DHL International Inc or FedEx).
In the case of shipments cash by courier, delivery of products is subject to the payment by the customer of the price in cash or by cheque or intestate. Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca has the right, at its sole option, to make delivery of products ordered through a courier other DHL International Inc or FedEx or through other means it deems appropriate. Unless otherwise indicated, all deliveries are made to the roadway.
The delivery times indicated by Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca refer to these products at its stores and, although carefully assessed, shall be construed not binding on Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca, which can then confirm or change, depending on your actual needs. Any delays in delivery shall not be eligible for the customer to refuse delivery of products, nor to demand compensation or compensation whatsoever.
Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca has the right to make the delivery of the products (even on the same order) in successive deliveries more understanding, in this case, one charged to the customer by way of transport costs.

4) Special offers and gifts
Any special offers promoted by Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca are valid until stocks are exhausted and, in any case, are subject to the availability of related products in the hands Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca. The product gift or special offer could be promotional packs (packs means boxes, depliant, etc.).
No substitution or assistance is provided in connection with any product received free from the customer.
Subject to the assumptions of malice or gross negligence of Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca, it is now agreed that, if found responsible for any Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca title to Customer – including the case of breach total or partial, of the obligations assumed by Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca to Customer as a result of enforcement of an order – the responsibility of Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca not be higher than the price of products purchased by the customer and for which the dispute is sort.
5) Returns
According to art. 64 of Dlgs 206/2005 (Code of the consumers) the Customer (if that quilifies as a “consumer” within the meaning exposed in the art.1 letter b) of the Law n.185/99) has the right to recess from the contract and to give back the ordered products, without penalty and without the specification of the reason, within the term of 10 (ten) work days, except abput the cases established by art. 65, codicils 3, 4.
The recess right is exercised sending, within the terms previewed from codicil 1, a written communication, or sending a R. letter a.r to Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca c/o Studio TRE in 1 – Via G.Marconi, 28 20091 Bresso (MI) Italy, within the term of 10 (ten) work days from the reception of the Products.
The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by means of telegram, telex, e-mail and fax, on condition that it is confirmed by means of R. letter with warning of reception within forty-eight hours; the R. letter agrees sent in useful time if delivered to the acceptor post office within the terms previewed from the code or the contract, where different.
The reception warning is not, however, essential condition in order to try the exercise of the recess right.
All made (to be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original package) must be licensed by the Customer Service Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca which will issue a return authorization (RMA).
Once received RMA number, the customer can return the product to the following address: Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca c/o Studio TRE in 1 – Via G.Marconi, 28 20091 Bresso (MI) Italy. We will not accept parcels cash.
Once we receive Products (and verify their integrity) Cult ‘n’ Trend by Future of Maria Gioia Mosca will, as soon as possible, a credit to the cost of Client Products returned (as indicated on the invoice), retaining the amount of shipping will remain permanently charged to the customer.
6) Payment

7) Mode Shipping
